With over 500 E.G.O. original parts now in stock, Seibert offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of spare parts from the manufacturer, including controllers, limiters, heating elements and switches. The expansion of the range focuses in particular on newly added stock items, which have been available since September 2025 and are specifically designed to meet current requirements from the service, retail and industrial sectors.

E.G.O. Commercial Induction – Technical expertise through targeted training courses Technology in professional kitchens is developing at a rapid pace. To ensure that we can always offer you, as a partner of E.G.O. Elektro-Gerätebau GmbH, the very best solutions, regular professional development is essential. Our team recently completed the specialist training course for the latest generation of E.G.O. commercial induction cookers. To ensure we can provide a comprehensive service in the field of the new E.G.O. commercial induction range, selected business partners and our customer service staff received exclusive training from Mr Chmielewski, E.G.O.’s induction specialist and technical manager.

New! Commercial induction systems in various configurations For professional kitchens, we now offer the new MOD 1 and Q1 generators, which replace the previous QUAD+ generators. With the MOD 1, one generator is required per coil. The Q1 comes with two generators, available for either two or four cooking zones. You can combine the generators with your choice of coil carriers and glass plates. We also supply the appropriate cabling. The system can be commissioned via plug-and-play. System adjustments can be made using the separately available communication module and a web browser.
